RMS Updated, version 1.2.1.6
We release the new and updated version of our RMS software for CallShops.
What's new?
- New syncronization button to force updating to central server, this is an emergency option if you feel that RMS status differs from actual status. i.e. Booth still in yellow but nobody is talking. Applied to generic SIP gateways only
- Automatic syncronization when a booth is closed. In some cases, if close packet is lost in the network the ticket can be closed and last call is never charged. This feature avoid that problem. Applied to generic SIP gateways only
- Polling time changed from 5 minutes to 30 seconds. Applied to generic SIP gateways only
- If the booth is closed when a call is in progress, the ticket is closed and a new one is automatically opened with the call in progress, if booth is in prepaid mode (ELESIGN Devices only), the call is drop and charged in the ticket.
- If the RMS updates some data, like real talk time or cost, a red message is shown to inform the operator. Applied to generic SIP gateways only
- Operating password can be disabled in Menu>Configuration>Password change
Some bugs has been solved in this release, we recommend you to update.
